Easy Nail Art Tutorial: Red, White, and Blue (4th of July Nail Art)

Tuesday, June 23, 2015

There is something about the ever approaching 4th of July holiday that get me in a nail art mood.  So, I decided to break out my basic hues and make a fun and easy 4th of July inspired nail art design.

This is very beginner friendly.

Just remember to have some fun with your polish.  It doesn't always have to take a long time or be absolutely perfect.

As always, with my nail art tutorials, no special tools are required.

I got the idea from some tile I saw at home depot.  I can't think of the name of the style, but it sure was pretty and out of my budget.  Haha!

Colors used in the design:
  • Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure - Red My Lips
  • Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear - White On
  • Revlon Colorstay - Indigo Night
  • Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure - Hi Ho Silver

You can see the nail art post that I did for 4th of July last year:  http://www.sweetteaandprettypolish.com/2014/07/nails-of-day-happy-4th-edition.html
