Nails of the Day - Zoya Leslie and Tiana
Monday, May 25, 2015
The green polish above is 2 coats of Tiana from Zoya, and the purple is 2 coats of Leslie from Zoya. Both of these polishes are from the Delight Collection that came out this Spring.
This picture was taken inside at night under a daylight bulb with no top coat.
Leslie
I think Leslie may be my current favorite polish out of my whole collection now. I have worn it so many times. I absolutely love the formula, how fast it dries, and the slight blue flash it has.
I was surprised at how much I love it, because the reviews I had seen were not so kind. A few reviews I saw said that it was quite sheer and needed at least 3 coats. I was good after 2, and my nail line is very prominent. It goes to show how different an experience can be from one person to the next.
Tiana
I have a love-hate relationship with Tiana. I love the color of it, but the formula is just okay. I felt it was a bit thick for my tastes. Also, I had bought a polish right before I got this one that ended up being an exact dupe at 20% of the retail price. So, I'm probably a little biased.
If you remember my Swatch It Out post about the Wet n Wild Silver Lake Collection (here), I showed a fabulous green called Tree Hugger. It is identical to Tiana on my swatch sticks and has a much better formula.
