Nails of the Day: Unicorn Glitter Water Marble
Sunday, November 30, 2014
Here's a design I did a few weeks ago that I forgot to post. (Bad blogger!)
Excuse the tip chip on my middle finger. I couldn't take the pic until about day 2 of the mani.
Polishes Used:
Yellow: Sinful Colors in Unicorn
This is a nice happy yellow. It goes on smooth and it opaque in 2 to 3 coats. It is not the best formula for water marbling. If you use it to marble, definitely paint your nail white beforehand.
I got this lovely polish from a dear friend of mine. (Hurricane Hetta)
Pink: Wet n Wild Megalast in Beat of a Generation
This is a great pink from the WnW limited edition Summer collection this past year. It is opaque in 1-2 coats and does great for water marbling.
I got this at Kmart for $1.99 before coupon.
Glitter: Sephora by OPI in Sparktacular!
I just love this topper. It is like party in a bottle and very little fishing is required.
I got this at Big Lots for $1.80.
